    How often do we launch new collections ? + -

    We offer two collections per month which are imagined by Marine and her team. We are announcing these via our social networks and also via our newsletter.

    Is it possible to obtain the articles by other means than the online website ? + -
    We have two stores in Belgium. They’re located in Liège and Louvain-la-Neuve. The addresses and opening schedules can be found in “Our stores” tab.
    Where are the clothes made ? + -
    Our articles are made in France, Italy and China. We have at heart to select each supplier for their quality and know-how.
    What are the Easy Clothes pieces made of ? + -

    How to choose my size ? + -
    We understand it is hard to choose the right size when ordering online. To help you choosing, we indicate the measurements in each product card. These measurements are taken at the hips for the bottom pieces and the armpits for the tops. This way you can compare our pieces with items in your wardrobe. We also provide you with a size guide available on each product page by clicking on the “Size guide” link.     Is it possible to receive regular information regarding the latest news and offers from Easy Clothes on my email box ? + -
    Of course. Simply register to our newsletter in the dedicated section on every page on our website. You will then receive information on the latest news, the launch of the new collections and our promotions.

    My account

    Do I need to register to place an order ? + -
    You have several options to place an order on our website. A registration is quick and easy. It allows you a quick access to your orders, your promotional codes, your wishlist and your returns. It is also possible to sign in with Facebook or just log in as a “guest account”.
    How to sign in ? + -
    Go to the "Connect / register" tab and create your account by following the different steps.
    I forgot my password. What should I do ? + -
    If you forgot your password, follow the same path as if you were logging in and click on “Forgot my password”. Follow the detailed steps and you’ll receive an email with your new password.
    Once signed up, how can I edit my information ? + -
    In “My Account” tab, you have access to all your personal data. You can edit and add new addresses any time.

    How to place an order ? + -
    You just have to select the size, the quantity you wish to order and click on “Add to cart” . Once all the wanted items are added to the cart, click on “My cart” to place the order.
    What is the "My wishlist" section for ? + -
    On each article you can click on the heart on the top right of its name. This action automatically adds the article in your favorite list / wishlist. You can find all your favorite articles in one place and add them straight to your cart whenever you like it.
    Are the articles in the cart reserved for me ? + -
    No, even placed in your cart, the articles can’t be saved for you before an order is placed and paid. These items can therefore be out of stock and yet still appear in your cart.
    How to follow the process of my order ? + -
    Go to “My orders” and click on “Track my package” in order to follow your package.
    Can I have an order delivered to another address than mine ? + -
    Yes. You just have to edit the shipping address in the purchase tunnel.
    How do I know if my order is validated ? + -
    With each purchase on our website, a confirmation email is sent to you. Also, you’ll have a confirmation directly on your Easy Clothes account in the tab “My orders”.
    How to buy a gift card ? + -
    You can easily order a gift card on our website. For this, go to the tab “Gift card”. Different amounts are available. Once your order is validated, your gift card is directly sent by email.
    I have a voucher. When can I use it ? + -

    Your voucher/discount code will be usable upon receipt of the confirmation email. This voucher is valid for 1 year (the expiration date is indicated on it) and can be used on all items, even on sale. The voucher can be used several times.

    You can find all of your promotional codes in the section “My discounts” in “My account”.

    What are the delivery options available ? + -

    Easy Clothes offers 3 delivery options :

    • Collect in relay point / post office / lockers
    • Home delivery
    • Pickup in our Easy Clothes store (only in Belgium, in Liege)
    How to track my order ? + -
    You can follow your parcel any time from the tab “My orders”. Click on "Details" on the right of your order and you’ll automatically be redirected to the carrier website where you’ll be able to see your shipping number, the step of your shipment, the estimated delivery time and more.

    What are the fees for each delivery option ? + -
    The fees are described in the "Delivery" section. You can also benefit free delivery from 75€ purchase for relay point delivery (only in Belgium, Luxembourg and France) and from 100€ for home delivery (only in Belgium, Luxembourg and France).
    Where will I receive my order ? + -
    You can receive your order at the address of your choice : at home, at work, in a relay point or directly in our Easy Clothes store.
    What is my delivery time ? * + -
    Belgium : 1 to 2 working days, France : 1 to 5 working days depending on the carrier chosen, The Netherlands : 2 to 4 working days, Luxembourg : 2 to 4 working days, Germany : 2 to 4 working days, Austria : 2 to 4 working days, Spain : 3 to 6 working days, Italy : 2 to 4 working days, United Kingdom: 3 to 6 working days, Switzerland: 5 to 7 working days

    Will I be informed of the delivery date? + -

    The carrier will inform you in advance for the delivery date of your parcel.

    You can also track your shipping from your Easy Clothes account in the tab “My orders”.

    What should I do if I am not home when my package is delivered ? + -

    If you can’t be present when the deliveryman arrives, your parcel will then be delivered to a relay point / post office in the vicinity of your home. You’ll be able to decide when you prefer to pick up your parcel.

    The deliveryman will leave a notice in your mailbox, you’ll then know where your parcel is delivered and when it is available to collect. You will also receive a confirmation email with the address where your parcel has been left.

    In order to receive your parcel, you’ll need to bring your ID. You’ll have about 7 business days to pick it up (may vary depending on the relay point and the carrier it’s been left at). Once that period passed, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

    If you didn’t receive a notice or an email, please note that all of your shipping information are available at any time on your Easy Clothes account. Any doubt ? Please, write to our customer service : sav@easy-clothes.com.

    Where can I find a relay point ? + -
    Available relay point will be directly offered to you when confirming your order. If you wish to consult the different pick up shops available in your area, you’ll find them directly on the carrier website.

    Here are the different payment methods available : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Paypal.
    When is the payment made ? + -
    The payment is made when the order is placed and is required for the order to be valid. The amount requested will be the one displayed in the purchase tunnel, without any additional charges.
    The website does not allow me to proceed the payment. What should I do ? + -

    How to edit my order ? + -
    You can edit your order if it hasn’t been paid or confirmed in the “My cart” tab. Once the payment is made, the order can’t be edited. If you have a special request, please contact our customer service to the following address : sav@easy-clothes.com
    How to cancel my order ? + -
    To cancel an order, you must immediately contact our customer service at this address : sav@easy-clothes.com
    What should I do if there is a problem with my order ? + -
    If you have a doubt or if you have a problem, please contact our customer service in the tab “Contact us” or send an e-mail at the following address : sav@easy-clothes.com
    What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered to me ? + -
    Whatever delivery mode you’ve chosen, an email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. In case of a problem or a delay with your order, please contact our customer service in our tab “Contact us” or directly with an email : sav@easy-clothes.com
    Can I return my articles ? + -

    You have 14 days from the moment your parcel is available for collect to make a return. We invite you to read our tab “Returns & exchanges”, where the procedure is explained step by step.

    Please note, the only item that cannot be returned to us is the "gift packaging".

    When and how the returned article will be refunded ? + -

    When you request a return, you can choose between a refund on your original payment method or the issue of a gift card. The refund or gift card will be issued once your returned item has been received and accepted by our team. It is important that the item is in perfect condition and has the original labels for the return to be validated.


    If you choose a gift card, you will be able to consult it at any time in the ‘My discounts’ section by going to ‘My account’, and you will also find its expiry date. Your gift card will remain valid for one year after the issue date on our website www.easy-clothes.com, as well as in one of our boutiques.


    If you opt for a refund, and if you have used a voucher or gift card to pay for your order, the refund will first be made to that method of payment. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the card used for the original payment.


    Refunds may take a few days to process, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at sav@easy-clothes.com.


    Should I pay to return an article ? + -

    Return fees are at your costs and will be deducted when your return parcel is treated. Everything is explained in the section “Returns and exchanges”.
