Your voucher/discount code will be usable upon receipt of the confirmation email. This voucher is valid for 1 year (the expiration date is indicated on it) and can be used on all items, even on sale. The voucher can be used several times.
You can find all of your promotional codes in the section “My discounts” in “My account”.
Easy Clothes offers 3 delivery options :

You can also benefit free delivery from 75€ purchase for relay point delivery (only in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France) and from 100€ for home delivery (only in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France)

The carrier will inform you in advance for the delivery date of your parcel.
You can also track your shipping from your Easy Clothes account in the tab “My orders”.
If you can’t be present when the deliveryman arrives, your parcel will then be delivered to a relay point / post office in the vicinity of your home. You’ll be able to decide when you prefer to pick up your parcel.
The deliveryman will leave a notice in your mailbox, you’ll then know where your parcel is delivered and when it is available to collect. You will also receive a confirmation email with the address where your parcel has been left.
In order to receive your parcel, you’ll need to bring your ID. You’ll have about 7 business days to pick it up (may vary depending on the relay point and the carrier it’s been left at). Once that period passed, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

You have 14 days after the order has been made available to make your return request and drop it off at the carrier's relay point indicated on your returns label. We invite you to read our tab “Returns & exchanges”, where the procedure is explained step by step.
Please note, the only item that cannot be returned to us is the "gift packaging".
When you request a return, you can choose between a refund on your original payment method or the issue of a gift card. The refund or gift card will be issued once your returned item has been received and accepted by our team. It is important that the item is in perfect condition and has the original labels for the return to be validated.
If you choose a gift card, you will be able to consult it at any time in the ‘My discounts’ section by going to ‘My account’, and you will also find its expiry date. Your gift card will remain valid for one year after the issue date on our website www.easy-clothes.com, as well as in one of our boutiques.
If you opt for a refund, and if you have used a voucher or gift card to pay for your order, the refund will first be made to that method of payment. Any remaining amount will then be refunded to the card used for the original payment.

Return fees are at your costs and will be deducted when your return parcel is treated. Everything is explained in the section “Returns”.
Our app is available for free on the App Store for iOS devices and on Google Play for Android devices. Simply search for our brand name in the store, then click ‘Download’ or ‘Install’, or go directly to this link.
Yes, you can use the same payment methods as on our website (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay depending on your device).
Yes, all orders placed via the app can be tracked from your account. You will also receive notifications at each stage (confirmation and delivery).
Yes, your loyalty account is synchronised between the website and the app. Your points are automatically updated when you make purchases on either platform.
Yes, all promotional codes and special offers available on the website are also valid on the app.
There are two levels of activation:
1. In the app:
- Open the app and log in to your account.
- Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Notifications’.
- Enable the types of notifications you wish to receive: order tracking, new collections and special offers.
2. In your smartphone settings:
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Notifications > select our app > enable Allow Notifications and configure the options (banners, sounds, icons).
- Android: Go to Settings > Applications > select our app > Notifications > enable all desired alerts.
By enabling notifications at both levels, you can be sure you won't miss any important information.
Marlie Kids is the new children's brand created by the Easy Clothes team. Although it was born here, it has evolved into its own universe, with its own identity, style and dedicated website. Marlie Kids operates as an independent brand, managed separately from Easy Clothes.
Marlie Kids collections are not available on the Easy Clothes website: to discover their items and place an order, you must go directly to the brand's official website. Similarly, loyalty programmes, customer accounts and return and exchange systems are not linked between the two shops. Easy Clothes benefits cannot be used at Marlie Kids, and vice versa.
